Booking Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you read and fully understand these booking terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party understand them. If you would like to discuss any points please contact us.

1. Booking & Payment

· A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a refundable deposit equal to 1 nights stay plus the cleaning fee.

· Payment can be made by visiting www.HamiltonHideaway.co.uk/booking-page and adding the product and number of nights to your basket.

· Full payment is required no later than 30 days before the check-in date. E.g. If your holiday is due to start on the 7th of July, then the balance of payment is due before 7th June.

2. Cancellation Policy

· All cancellations must be notified in writing.

· Cancellations made more than 5 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

· Cancellations made 5 days or less, before arrival may be subject to full charge.

· We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in / Check-out

· Check-in time is from 15:00 check-out by 11:00 on day of departure.

· Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy & Use

· The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and only guests named in the booking may stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.

· No parties, events, or commercial activities are permitted without prior consent.

· Quiet Times – We kindly ask all our guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum during 11pm – 7am.

· Visitors during the day are welcome.

5. House Rules

· No smoking inside the property including the use of e-cigarettes and vaporisers.

· Pets are not allowed.

· Guests must treat the property and contents with care and respect. If you notice something is missing or damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action.

· Please do not sit or rest anything on the garage roof as it is fragile.

· Please do not flush anything except toilet paper.

· Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied.

· Candles are not allowed inside the property.

6. Liability

· The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal belongings during your stay.

· Please take necessary precautions to secure your belongings during your stay.

· Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their party including the safety and security of their children at all times.

· The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

8. Miscellaneous

· If the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), a full refund will be issued, and no further liability shall be incurred.

· The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking (or their guests) may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others.

· We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at short notice in the event of an emergency.

· No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
